Quality of Touch's movies:
working title: USex HIV/AIDS (production)
the reaction to Art Erotica inspired director, Jason Howell, was inspired to retail the story of the growing US HIV/AIDS epidemic throw the voices of those increasingly at risk: Blacks, Hispanics, women, heterosexuals, and Tweens. "Hetrosexuals in the US don't want to hear that they need to practice safe sex. Black folk don't want to take about HIV/AIDS at all. Tweens think AIDS is something that happens in Africa. It is import for me to tell the US HIV/AIDS story through as many different voices as possible. HIV transmission is completely preventable. Know your status. Practice safe sex." -- Jason Howell
Santa Speedo (post production)
a documentary short in post production. Austinites in Santa Hats and Speedos run the Trail of Lights to raise money and awareness for Out Austin.
Art Erotica - (2007)
peeks up the ironic skirt of the Octopus Club's over-the-top art auction that cleverly links fun and human sexuality to HIV awareness and the perpetual support of the local (Austin, Texas) AIDS community.
This movie was Quality of Touch's first production and was so inspirational that it generated the momentum to create other media that matters.
